Dear Source Dental Patients,

Allow me the pleasure of personally introducing my colleague and friend of more than 22 years, Dr. Nicole Sussman, fondly known as Dr. Nicki!

This well-thought-out and timely decision to transfer my ownership of Source Dental to Dr. Nicki, whom I not only trust but hold in very high esteem for her excellent patient care, integrity, and knowledge, has not been an easy one, but the right one. To ensure a smooth transition, I plan to maintain a presence at the office and help in any way possible. So, the good news is it’s not goodbye, as I will remain with Source Dental as an Associate Dentist. Source Dental is a place I call “My Happy Place.” It has allowed me to form friendships with my team and patients that I will always hold dearly. I have been a part of the Oshawa and Durham Region Community for over 35 amazing years, being recognized on many platforms such as Readers Choice Awards year after year and many Community involvements, to name a few. I have enjoyed treating each of you, and have had the honour of serving three generations of some families. Many of my very own friends and family members seek treatment with us. Source Dental does not only provide amazing quality dental care, but we all genuinely care about each of you. This is why personally choosing Dr. Nicki to lead the practice into its next phase of caring for you and your family has been one of my most thought-out professional decisions.

Dr. Nicki is a caring, calm, and meticulous dentist. She has been practicing since 2001. Her experience, caring approach, attention to detail and witnessing her high level of care over the last two decades gives me great confidence that you are in good hands, and I know your expectations will be exceeded. A wife, and mother of 4 children, Nicki graduated from the University of Toronto in 2001. She joined Source Dental shortly after graduating and has been a part of the family since.

She is thorough, practical, and empathetic. Her goals are to continue the quality of care which you have received over the last 35 years.

I am eternally grateful to you all for supporting me as your trusted dentist and friend. I am confident you will be very well cared for and extremely pleased with Dr. Nicki and our team.
